Wind noise at 75mph used to leave my ears ringing for hours, but these plugs cut the harsh roar while I can still hear my GPS and passing traffic clearly. The filter design really works, especially with my open-face helmet on long stretches.

These are the first plugs I've tried that actually cut the roar on the highway without muffling traffic around me completely. With my open-face helmet the wind noise dropped to a manageable level, so I could ride for hours without that ringing afterward.
