The adjustable fit is spot on—I can tighten them enough that they stay put even when I’m moving around, and they’re so light I forget I’m wearing them. Blocking out the neighbor’s leaf blower at 26 dB feels like a total win.

The attenuation really holds up, I measured noticeable quiet even right next to the track. They fold down small enough to toss in my bag, and the adjustable fit stays snug without squeezing my head.
